KIDS & Teens

KIDS AGES 6 – 13

TEENS AGES 14 – 17

Our teens classes are specifically designed to focus on optimal movement for kids in their developmental phase. The ultimate way to have fun while working out. Our program is the perfect addition to your child’s already existing extra curricular activities/sports.


Our daily classes are for anyone and everyone to join. From young to old we are there to help you reach your fitness goals. You will get a physical assessment first and based on the outcomes will be placed into a rank of either beginner, intermediate or advanced. activities/sports.

Golden Oldies  Ages 65+

Our golden oldies program are aimed at improving the life quallity of the elderly in a fun way by improving functional fitness, balance, coordination, strength and providing an environment to social with fellow oldie members.
